What the references establish

The supplied carousel is a useful discovery list, but its labels are not independent proof that every venue hosted the couple. Yonhap reported Justin and Hailey Bieber’s arrival on October 23, 2026. Subsequent reporting described food stops including Muguok and Dosan Hoikwan, while the carousel also names a hotel, a vintage store, a tea house and a cake maker. Those are different kinds of evidence. We have retained that distinction in the place notes rather than turning every screenshot into a confirmed endorsement. The practical opportunity is a Seoul trip with food, design and shopping in the same neighborhoods. A restaurant meal does not come with the social context in the photograph, and a public venue is not an invitation to search for someone’s present location.

The pop-up belongs in the past tense

SKYLRK’s Seoul retail activation was announced for October 22–25; later coverage described the audio installation on October 23–25. Both periods had ended by this guide’s October 26 publication. Do not book flights or travel to the old event address expecting a permanent store. Instead, use our Seongsu guide to plan around established destinations and check brands’ official channels for a separately announced event. The cake references also need separation: DORÉ DORÉ’s mochi cheesecake and the custom celebration cake credited to The Ohs Room are not the same purchase. A commissioned cake requires direct confirmation of design, lead time, collection and price; it should not be represented as a café menu item waiting on the counter.

A route worth keeping after the news cycle

Put Anguk, a Muguok meal and a Bukchon tea stop on one outing, subject to actual service times. Give Apgujeong and Dosan a separate afternoon, with a vintage-shopping stop and a dinner reservation if available. Gangnam and historic Jongno are on different sides of the river; repeatedly crossing between them uses time you could spend enjoying a neighborhood. Hotel selection should follow the days you want, rather than a reported room photograph. Josun Palace is a genuine Gangnam option, but its official renovation notice matters for winter stays.
